I read it! There's a lot of serpentinite in the Dunsmuir area in beautiful green. I had a particular spot in mind, near the river. Plus, serpentinite is old ocean floor. (I just love rocks)
near Dunsmuir was a little community college that gave geology tours for little cost. I indulged. :-) Wildly interesting rocks in the area. And yes, you're right, I do miss it.

Isn't that interesting! I didn't know that serpentinite was old ocean floor. I love rocks too and geology. I should study and learn more.
